Incorrect Sign Boards

apes riddle
There are three cages. In one cage there are two chimpanzees. In another cage there is a chimpanzee and a gorilla. In the third cage there are two gorillas.

You are told that somebody has misplaced the sign boards corresponding to the animals and so incorrect sign boards are seen in front of each cage. Since the apes are in their respective feeding quarters no visitor can see them, but it so happened that when you happened to visit the cage you see a chimpanzee in one of the cages having the sign board chimpanzee and gorilla.

From this can you determine the correct cages of the apes?

  6. The chimp+gorilla sign should read '2 chimps'; the two-gorilla sign should read 'chimp & gorilla; the 2-chimp sign should read '2 gorillas'.

  7. Chimps & Gorilla's are considered to be in the same family as " Ape's " so there fore with or with-out the signs They all are Ape's it would not matter, only difference is Chimps are much smaller that a gorilla in the Ape specie's family. The Chimp that has the sign that reads " chimpanzee and gorilla " Is what I call a very smart and playful Chimp and good Luck getting the sign back from him. Also Remember the signs did not say or read as anything about Ape's...Just Chimps & Gorilla's. LOL!

  8. They should prepare new signboards (If the government is UPA)
They should sell the old boards (If the government is NDA)
They should sell the animals (If the government is SP)
They should murder the gorillas (If the zoo is in Gujrat)
They should keep the situation as it is & appoint CBI & JPC in the matter (If MMS is still the PM)

  9. If all sign boards are incorrect, the cage where I see a chimpanzee must have two chimpanzees (due to the fact that the sign board says chimpanzee and gorilla). Where is written two gorillas consequently there are a chimpanzee and a gorilla. The tird cage has two gorillas.

  15. We cannot determine the exactly correct cages, we can just assume that the cage in which we see chimpanzee is having two chimpanzee and the board get exchanged with gorilla and chimpanzee, if these two get corrected third one will get automatically fixed.
