A group of people went to a hotel for their Lunch, and ordered Pizza. The waiter asked one man: "How many peoples are there?". The man answered, "Twice of us+Half of us+Quarter of us+You=100". The waiter did not get that, Will you help him to find out...

    (2x)+(x/2)+(x/4)+1=100, where x is the number of "us"
    solving gives, (11x/4)+1=100
    giving, x=9x6=36

    let no of people=x
    2x+x/2+x/4+1=100
    (8x+2x+x/4)+1=100
    11x/4=99
    x=(99*4)/11
    x=36

    I got 36......... (2x +.5x+.25x)+1=100
    Remember PEMDAS
    2x+.5x+.25x=2.75x
    2.75x+1=100
    2.75x=99
    2.75x/2.75=99/2.75
    x=36
